We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00.
Orders are typically processed and shipped from one of our U.S. warehouses within 1-2 business days. Many orders ship even sooner.
Once shipped, Standard Shipping generally arrives within 3-12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Please note that orders qualifying for Free Standard Shipping may take up to 12 business days for delivery.
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available during checkout for an additional charge. Shipping rates for expedited services are based on package weight, order value, and destination.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@procelle.com.
To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging if applicable.
If the issue is determined to be the result of our error or damage during shipment, Procelle will, at its discretion, provide a replacement, issue a refund, or offer another appropriate resolution. We may request that the original item be returned before processing the claim.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date, provided they meet all of the following conditions:
The item is unused and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging and bottle.
All accessories, inserts, and original order information are included.
A Return Authorization has been issued by Procelle prior to shipping the return.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or may be subject to a partial refund.
Unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return qualified for Free Shipping, applicable shipping costs, carrier fees, or restocking fees may be deducted from the refund as outlined in this policy.

The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products
Hazardous materials
Any item that is not in resalable condition
If you experience a problem with one of these items, please contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to assist you.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Refunds are only issued after the merchandise has been returned to Procelle's possession.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Restocking Fee
Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, at Procelle's discretion. This fee helps offset the costs associated with processing returns, including outbound shipping costs on orders that qualified for Free Shipping, inspection, handling, and restocking. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund before it is issued.
Packages that are refused, left unclaimed, not picked up from a carrier location, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not considered authorized returns.
Any shipping charges, carrier return fees, address correction fees, or other costs incurred by Procelle as a result of these situations may be deducted from any eligible refund. If the customer requests that the package be shipped again, additional shipping charges must be paid before the order is resent.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for monitoring tracking information after shipment. If a carrier requires customer action, such as scheduling delivery or picking up a package from a local carrier facility, it is the customer's responsibility to complete those actions within the carrier's required timeframe.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We'll email you return instructions and the correct return shipping address.
Print your return authorization or include a copy of your original invoice inside the package.
Ship the package using the instructions provided in your Return Authorization email.
Please do not ship returns until you have received your Return Authorization.
To make holiday shopping easier, purchases made during our holiday return period receive an extended return window.
Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they are:
New
Unopened
In their original product packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Because we process orders quickly, requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
If an order cannot be canceled before shipment, it will be subject to the standard return policy once delivered.
