How to use ProOneZyme!
Take 3 capsules on an empty stomach once daily.
Wait about 1/2 hour before eating.
If you have sensitivity, start this supplement by taking 1 capsule with a very small amount of food and with 6 oz of water. If your body tolerates this, then take without food.
Over a 2 week period, gradually increase the number of capsules taken. If sensitive develops back down a capsule for awhile.
You can expect your body to detoxify some while your body adjusts to this supplement.
