Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

Procelle offers FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are subject to shipping charges calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery location.

Most orders are processed and shipped from one of our U.S. warehouses within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–12 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Procelle's control.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated based on factors such as order weight, order value, and delivery location.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $50 or more are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping within the United States. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes and shipping charges.

At this time, Procelle does not ship to international destinations.
